Hi! I'm really enjoying this class. It's really got me organized so I can finally do this food blog thing, instead of just thinking about it. I've named my site tablespoonandparsley.com, and boy did it feel good to register a domain! I hope Mackenzie is still commenting on posts here. I also would really appreciate comments from fellow students, since you are probably more expert than you realize. Seriously. You already know which food blogs you like and which don't engage you, so comment away! Here is my main photo for my first post. I also have a shot of prepped ingredients.
P.S. My lightly beaten eggs came out looking like plastic! Anyone know how to fix that?
