I've been a coffee enthusiast for a while now. I always changed the recipe in order to produce a better cup. In Perú we have some pretty awesome local produce so I knew this would help me out.
After the course, I tried with different ratios and nailde it after a a couple of tries.
My 2 year weding anniversary was on Saturday so I bought some nice ingredients and brewed my newly perfected coffee cup with a delicious Quillabamba (Cusco) grown grain. I enjoyed it black and my wif with a little bit of milk.
