Am I Winning at Fitness?

Short answer: Well, no, probably not.

Long answer: I'm trying, and I'm measuring my activities and outcomes to see if it's working. I've been recording my weight daily for months, my waist size almost-daily, and I plan to start recording food intake and exercise. All of this data should tell me if I'm staying true to my plans to be fit, and if it's actually working or not.

And since I plan on collecting all of that data anyway, might as well illustrate it!
