Almost Perfect Morning Routine

Primary focus: To create some 'Me' time, time for self-development. To enjoy every monute of my day, from the moment I wake up. To start every day as it's going to be one of the best days of my life. 

Daily focus:

  • Monday/Wednesday: Learning day - Reading self-development books, watching TED videos, attending Coursera/Skillshare courses and so on.
  • Tuesday/Friday:Artistic day- completing puzzle, colouring anti-stress notebook.
  • Thursday:Outside day-riding bicycle around the neighbourhood.
  • Saturday:Reflection-journaling about this weeks' achievements, failures and how I feel about it.
  • Sunday:Fun day-watching TV series, reading fun books and so on.
  • Bucket List Day-anytime I want. If I want to use morning time for doing something important,I will do it instead of my daily focus.

Morning Routine:

  • 7.00:Wake up, make bed, bathroom, brush teeth, drink water (20 min)
  • 7.20:Tidy room, pick up outfit for today, any other small things (13 min)
  • 7.33:Write in journal (17 min)
  • 7.50:Play Peak-brain-training game (7 min)
  • 7.57:Breakfast (18 min)
  • 8.15:Meditation (5 min)
  • 8.20:Daily focus (40 min)
  • 9.00:Shower (13 min)
