Actually Being Able to Run

When I was in high school, I was able to jog a nine-minute mile. Since then, I've put on a hundred-plus pounds, and I can't even make it through the first week of Couch-to-5K. So, honestly, my first goals are:

1. To make exercise a part of my everyday life, not just something I do when the weather's nice.

2. To plan my meals and cook more, so I eat healthier (and save money by not eating out all the time!).

Hopefully, this will help me lose enough weight to be able to jog again, and I can continue to get healthier from there.
