I would like to achieve 15% body fat, through a combination of building muscle and losing fat. I would like to use a well balanced mix of eating better, weight training, and aerobic exercise.
- In order to eat better I need to cook at home more often and also begin counting calories again.
- I am comfortable with aerobic exercise, but have slacked off since moving to a new city during the winter. I haven't had the motivation to run in the cold weather, and have not yet joined a new gym. I need to solve this problem by overcoming one of these obstacles.
- I need to get comfortable with weight training. I've tried some Nerd Fitness body weight training, and saw some success with that, but I haven't been able to do it in my new apartment because I have nowhere to do pullups. Again, joining a gym is probably a huge step toward this goal.
