My belly needs to learn that food is fuel. That one needs to eat in order to kick ass. That I also need to relax and take it easy. That rest days are not inherently bad and that yes, abs are made in the kitchen!
I am 28 year oldgirl girl recovering from lumbar disc hernia, that has a slight problem with fitness addiction and food guilt :) Everything needs to be hardcore, if its not, I feel guilty. if I eat, I feel guilty,
My goal is to learn how to adjust my diet healthyily and be happy with my body and progress. Oh, and be shredded as fuark :)
