A healthier me!

I want to become a healthier person!

My whole life I never really thought about what I put into my body.  I've always been pretty small so I've never really had to worry about weight but that doesn't make me a healthy person.  As I get older I can now see what terrible eating habits can do.  Lack of activity is equally as bad.   It's time to change that.

My goals are to :

  • Figure out how to prepare and enjoy healthy foods
  • Commit to a regular strength and cardio training program
  • Learn of ways to combat stress and anxiety naturally
  • Become a more positive person

I'm ready to make positive changes.  Let's go!
