I want to become a healthier person!
My whole life I never really thought about what I put into my body. I've always been pretty small so I've never really had to worry about weight but that doesn't make me a healthy person. As I get older I can now see what terrible eating habits can do. Lack of activity is equally as bad. It's time to change that.
