A Year of Adventures

I love having plans and this year have the following big plans:

April - Run a 1/2 Marathon in less than 2 hours

July - Cycle Land's End to John O'Groats

August - complete Tough Mudder

So in order to best enjoy and complete my adventrues I want to be as healthy and as fit and stong as possible.

I want to get more into strength training as a means to achieve this.

So here we go!

To start with in January I want to:

  • Get to 80kg by end of Jan (currently 84kg)
  • Start 100 push ups challenge
  • Buy a new bike

I'm excited about this!
