A New You

I've always tried to eat healthier, but I have a tendency to seek out the refined sugars when I get home from work late at night and just as my regular snack. 

New Goal: Cut down on the refined sugars that I consume week by week.

To go along with eating healthier, I know I don't consume the appropriate amount of vegetables and fruits each day. I also consume a lot of red meat, and a lot of those meals are when I'm eating out.

New Goal: Focus on consuming 3-4 vegetarian meals per week to contribute to eating less red meat and more veggies.
