A Lifestyle Change

I’ve been struggling for years to lose weight and get into shape. I often find myself trying to work out and maintain a healthy lifestyle, but every time, I have reverted back to my old ways. My goal is to start small and not take on too much at once. I want to make fitness and eating healthy a lifestyle change…not just a goal to lose weight. So, my first order of business is to commit to working out at least three times a week. So far, I’ve been doing okay with this.  As I learn more discipline, I’d also like to implement the following:

 

  • Eat sweets only on the weekends (Don’t over indulge). It’s my weakness!
  • Eat more vegetables (maybe through juicing)
  • Never drink pop (soda) again! This will be my third attempt. So far, I’m 2 weeks clean! J
