A Getting Started Guide to Bullet Journaling

CLASS UPDATE:  For those of you excited about this class, I wanted to inform you that I can no longer publish it because I was informed by someone from that Bullet Journal is a registered trademark and can only be offered as a free class. I am working on a way to tweak my original thoughts on this class to still offer it as a free resource. You can find out more at Eva Marie Made.

Class Outline available:  A Getting Started Guide to Bullet Journaling with Eva Marie Made

The bullet journal is like the breakfast food of all planners. And as Leslie Knope would say, "Why would anyone eat anything besides breakfast food?"

It's pretty much like this family tree: Grandpa Post-it Note Reminder and Grandma Daily Planner had mom. Grandpa Art Journal and Grandma Diary had dad. Then mom and dad had a magical unicorn. This magical unicorn is the bullet journal.

Not only does bullet journaling keep you organized and productive, it also gives you complete creative freedom. It will make you look forward to jotting notes and crossing off your to-do lists more than ever before!

As a hand lettering artist and illustrator, the bullet journal is my dream planning system. I could never commit to a daily planner because there are so many options. It's why I have such a hard time ordering at restaurants, because what if I order a lunch entree and then wish I would've ordered breakfast food?

But with bullet journaling, it's completely customizable to be however you want it to be. Keep it completely minimal or be as outrageously creative as you can. Have your lunch entree and breakfast, too!

You'll love the bullet journal as much as Leslie Knope loves waffles.

In this class, I will walk you through the basic steps of starting a bullet journal, complete with some bonus videos on adding some flair with hand lettering and step by step decorative doodle illustrations.

By the end of this class, you will complete a 1 or 2 page spread of your choice that will officially turn you into a "bullet journal junkie!"
