A Continuum of weight removal

My goal is to create a continuum wherein the majority of my thoughts and actions lead in the direction of removing the weight and regaining balance.  Nobody's perfect right?  There will be days when I won't want to excersise, days when I'll have a donut, days when I can't fit in my meditation practice.  Hopefully though, these will be exceptions to the norm.  The goal is to build a routine of focus, focus on what?  On myself of course!  If I can't take the time required to focus on my body, my mind, my spirit -- then how will I achieve my goals?  Making "ME" important is necessary to get to where I want to be.  This is about connecting with all my dimensions, synching them up and having them all working toward a common goal.  The perceived benefits will be amplified in unison.
