A Balanced Life

I want to balance work, fitness, more work, family, more work, and extended family.

My fitness plan is to schedule workouts after work by taking my workout gear to work.  I drive past the gym on my way home, so there are no excuses!  I'd like to workout five days a week.  I want to get over my fear of the weight room (stepping into it by myself and feeling like I don't know what I'm doing!).

My postive habit:  I'm keeping a food diary which is helping me stay accountable for what I eat.
