5 ways to conquer my Bad Habit (Craving)   - student project

1. Bad Habit - LOSE FOCUS -  (12/26/2016)

-Not able to focus one thing may be fear.

-Tend to try so many things.

-Keep distracted by other things.

2. Conquer Bad Habit Plan

When I get the urge.... to interrupted by something to break my focus on working one thing,

Then I will... snap my wrist, lift up and down my shoulder and wait for my craving starts dissipate until get tops out then weakening.(2-3 mins?)

3. Make it inconvenient to act

4. Fucus to look at it  for 15-30 seconds

- Create an Image to look at when I try to delay my craving such as

 5. Over Power addictive voice

Keep looking on the image (on 4.) until my carving weakening and the addictive voice go away.

Problem is where I should put the image up? PC Screensaver? ( but when I working on PC internet brawser is open, it may not work. Is there any way I should set PopUP window with the image when I do something? or every 1 hour to remind myself that I am focus one thing?
