There were very brief moments of quiet in my mind. I could think on five topics in parallel streams of thought simultaneously. 1. Food I just cooked, 2. Unread books on my shelf, 3. Revision of all I have learned in this skillshare class, 4. Stress of failing at this meditation, 5. Sad things. No wonder I am exhausted all the time. I hope the brief, soothing windows of quiet will become longer with practice.
