5 Reasons Why LeBron should be a Sixer

Reasons Why LeBron Should Come to Philadelphia

And bring his talents to Broad Street!

1: The Young Roster

The Sixers' roster is packed with young talent. They have the reigning rookie of the year in Michael Carter-Williams, and will have three potential rookie of the year candidates in Nerlens Noel and the players that they draft this year with the 1st and 10th picks. With LeBron onboard, this would be a team packed with premier talent.

2: Big Market

Philadelphia is the fourth-largest media market in the country. In comparison, Miami is 16th. If you don't believe me, check out this list

3: The Cap Space

The Sixers have a very you and cheap roster. As such, they have tremendous cap flexibility, and should have about $29 million to sign free agents. This means that they can sign LeBron to a maximum contract, and still potentially bring in solid veteran player to further bolster their roster.

4: The City's Great Basketball History

Philadelphia is the city of Wilt, Dr.J, Moses Malone, Charles Barkley, Allen Iverson and a host of other great players. The city's basketball heritage is rich, and one that LeBron can add to. Indeed, being the greatest Sixer of all is no easy task.

5: A Great City

Philadelphia is a great city. It served as the U.S's first capital, and played a critical part in the American Revolution. It still serves as a vital part of the Northeast Corridor today, and is home to a passionate fan base. And its also a Venture for America city!
