Anxiety Levels:    3/10
Relaxation Levels:    4/10

After:

Body Tension:    3/10
Anxiety Levels:    0/10
Relaxation Levels:    8/10

I love how I felt after this meditation. My body was so much more relaxed and less tense than before. I much prefer to breathe out through my nose, as I feel that I have better control of my breath that way, but I plan on doing this at least once a day now.
