3 focal prints phase 2: under the microscope; abbey meadows; flatfish.

Im starting from scratch but thrilled to be at least attempting to follow Bonnie christine's workshop. Thanks for the personal encouragement from the group! I'm not too hot with computers so its all a big learning curve!

Microbes are invisible and dangerous, but with high magnification, we can appreciate their beauty and structure. So before you wash your hands, lets take a look down the microscope.

2. Abbey Meadows. This municipal garden is in the grounds of the ancient abbey ruins and there's always a gorgeous display of flowers in the flower beds. key words: rest, unwind, colourful, walk, history, spring. Also the rhyme 'Mary Mary quite contrary, how does your garden grow? with silver bells and cockle shells and pretty maids all in a row". I worked directly from my own photo.

3. Flatfish. Don't know how I came up with this idea, but I find them comical in appearance! I made up this poem:  Funny flatfish, Face askew. Hides in the sand, For a clam to chew.
