24/7/365

My to do lists always seem so daunting.   Most of the time there is so much on one list I realistically can't get everything crossed off in one day.  I own a small business with 10 employees, and am ultimately responsible for servicing my own set of clients, training and overseeing employees, marketing & PR, and everything else that goes along with being a business owner.  I feel like I am working 24/7/365 and am starting to lose focus and feel less productive.  I am excited to learn better organization skills so that I can manage tasks more effieciently and be able to delegate and communicate expectations in a better way.  

// UPDATE //

I just set up all of my collection containers, and gathered all of my open loops - Holy Crap I have 78 open loops!  But I already feel so much less anxiety just knowing that everything I have to do is all gathered in one place.  I kind of feel excited about organizing everything and getting it all done!
