I'm a Production Designer and I just had my yearly evaluation with my boss. Overall, it was very positive, but my weak spot tends to be my decision-making. Even though my work can be fast-paced, I'm trying to learn how to slow down and really consider how to answer my co-workers questions better, how to have more productive conversations, and how to be a more active listener. I'm working remotely due to Covid, so these skills are essential for continued success. This class really helped me nail down a better framework and plan to help me accomplish my goals!
