Short term goal: continue reducing meat and dairy intake.
Long term goals: research and develop menus for daily vegan meals and snacks that suit me.
2017 Resolution is to become Vegan. It aids in being a better "healer". Throughout the year, I will work on mindful eating and maintain a flexible vegan diet for appropriate times and events. I would like to be as close to fully vegan as possible; by the end of 2017.
