2013 countdown to Me

the photo above is me, 3 years ago. if i look trim, it's because i caught a stomach bug that obiterated my digestion for about a month.

this year, i want that stomach back, but now from some bad ameoba infestation. i will Earn it, and learn what i need to do to enjoy myself when it comes back.

additionally, i will:

- take enough vitamin D and calcium to not break the obligatory toe that i've broken 4 years in a row

- continue a schedule of yoga along with at home/non-location specific workouts that allow me to exercise everywhere, anytime, no excuses!


- decrease carbs and starches in my diet, increase fruits and veg and protein

- use all the freakin frozen berries and whey powder i've stockpiled like a godforsaken smoothie doomsday prepper

2013. BRING IT ON. ONE DAY AT A TIME, CLOSER!
