20 before 40

20 before 40 - student project

I'd like to

* get back into swimming shape (30 min mile) so that i can learn to surf before summer

* lose 20lb before my 40th birthday (4/9) , or soon thereafter

* have a largely plant based diet 


I think my first step is to get 4 workouts in a week, at least 2 of which are swims and 2 other cardio/strength workouts
