1st of May project

My main aim is to lose 15 kg before 1st of May. I have already lost some 12 kg from October to Christmas, all by following Dukan diet. Now, however, the diet is losing it's grip and I have to resort to increasing my exercises. The daily walk required by Dukan is not enough.

I would love to have a personal trainer, but in my current situation it's impossible. So, instead of having one trainer, I'm having an army of them in this Fitocracy team.

We have an excellent gym nearby, which I could use. I have no idea what to train and how, to lose weight and gain lean body: I'm not looking for pumped up muscles, but a balanced one. So any ideas concerning 'proper' gym training and preferably a program, too, would be appreciated.
