15min to Fitness Paradise

I want to improve my overall health while adding some definition to my body. To help me achieve this I will do the following:

  • Each day I will spend, in total, 15min or more on fitness related activities. 
  • Every other day I will spend 30min at the gym working on either weight machines or running on the treadmill.
  • When appropriate at work, I will take the stairs rather than the elevator.
  • Every morning I will spend spend at least one min planking. Above and beyond everything else, I will keep this goal. It will serve as a reminder that I can keep up with my fitness goals.
