14 days of self care messages

14 days of self care messages - student project

I'm a lot late for this class but sure I'll try my best to improve.

First prompt 'name a feeling' I felt comfort when I sat down to draw. I just comfortably painted some random things. I'm not an illustrator so bear with me! :D

Next prompt 'one word', I could think of warmth from the morning itself. While playing outdoors, or just idly sitting by the window and staring. So. yeah, I've scribbled something with the word 'warm' :)

Don't we all love to be with people who are warm...;)

I find it hard to synchronize my messages. Sometimes it just won't pop up.

So I have attached only a few of my works.14 days of self care messages - image 3 - student project

And somedays I just scribble, No message. Just lines and colors. But I am more relaxed after finishing.

I affirm to accept but conveniently I judge myself. Always being hard on myself. but I realized, okay, I am myself. I have to own that and proudly wear that. ;)

My food habits are just inconsistent, and today it just came to me. Maybe it's my mind's voice or my mom's reflection in me. Anyway, I just completed this sentence with that message. You get to snack often. Be it a healthy snack always. :)

Much Gratitude to the course teacher Jessica and Alison from Skillshare for organizing this wonderful workshop!!!
