These 14 days of talking to myself was a great therapy that helped to release hidden emotions and feelings, to feel a bit more love for me, and to stop beating myself up for things I do and for those that I don't do. 

I loved this practice and I think that I'll use it whenever I feel down, broken, lost, or stuck just to find that ray of light to drag me out to a brighter and warmer place.
