11 % Bodyfat

My main goal is to reach 11 % body fat and keep that for 1 month. 

 

Sub goals

  • Exercising minimum 4 times a week
  • Reduce my intake of carbs
  • Avoid any type of food that contains sugar
  • Every month add several new healthy habits
  • Continue with the health habits I already have
  • Get at least 6-8 hours of sleep
  • Build my muscles and become stronger
  • Be able to do 25 pull ups in one go
  • Be able to do 35 dips in one go
  • Be able to do 100 kg in the bench press
  • Be able to do 120 kg in the squat
