10 good form classic push ups.

All I have ever wanted to do is proper push ups. Not wall push ups, not kneeling push ups but proper 'on the floor' ones.  I started a program to work towards doing them but flaked out after a few weeks due to a variety of factors (a heatwave, my period starting, a general lack of interest in getting going again.)

This is the program I am going to start using again:


I am going to do my push up progression every single day.

I am not going to allow myself to be so easily derailed.

I am going to find things around the houe that will allow me to drop down as gradually as possible so that I do not get disheartened.

At the end of this I will be able to do six sets of six classic push ups.
