(to make myself believe) Yu kin dooeet!!! (You can do it !!)

I had lymphoma in my abdoman a couple of years ago that resulted in a complete historectomy (my scar however didn't end up sexy but looks more like a drunk sailer did it).  The incision didn't heal correctly and I now have a hernia.  My doctor won't do surgery until I lose at least 35 pounds.  So . . .I am trying to lose weight (about 140 lbs total) and want to gain back at least half of the energy that I used to have just a few years ago.  I want to tone and overall just feel healthier.  I want to start by 1) getting more organized (to prove to myself that I actually have the time for exercise :-)  then  2) write out my specific goals    3) start journaling my exercise and food   4) make healthier choices about my life in general

ACTION PLAN

1) Set goals for exercise and dietary changes

2) Get organized to schedule in exercise

3) Journal to track goals (exercise and food)

4) SUCCEED !!

I ACTUALLY WORKED OUT TWICE SO FAR THIS WEEK !! {:-)
