Hi All,

We wanted to create a class that would be of real benefit to you in these troubled times. We've just published "Easy Gardening: Indoor Edible Plants" to help you grow a LOT of delicious shoots and greens super quick (about 2 weeks from seed to harvest and onto your dinner table). No experience or special supplies or equipment necessary.

The only thing you need is water and light. You can grow these indoors by a window or under artificial lights. Seeds can be obtained through regular gardening supply outlets, but given what's happening, it might be difficult.

So, a more accessible source of seeds can be found in your own pantry or spice rack! Did you know dry beans, sunflower seeds, popcorn, sesame seeds, unground spices, or any type of edible seed from your pantry or the grocery store can be used? Make sure they're raw, not ground up, relatively fresh, and untreated for best results.
