Hi everyone,

How much do you love yourself? Honestly? Most of us could do with a lot more self-love in our lives in order to be the happiest we can be. But it's not always that easy to find. Which is exactly why I've created a new class to help you!

It's been a couple of years since I created a new class and I've taken a rather different career path in that time! I am now no longer working as a designer and have trained as a happiness and wellbeing coach.

I'm super passionate about passing on all my secrets for living your happiest life and finding your life purpose and all that kind of stuff, so I've created a brand new class for Skillshare that I hope will help lots of people kickstart a life changing journey to find true happiness!

The class is called, 'The Key to Eternal Happiness - Tips For Loving Yourself Deeply and Completely!' and it's a taster for a longer class I've just created that you can find on my website if you're interested. This taster class gives my top tips for loving yourself a lot more and an assignment to help you put them into practice.

I spend a lot of time working on self-love with my coaching clients as I truly believe this is the key to eternal happiness! Most of us could do with loving ourselves a lot more and it actually doesn't take that long to start changing the way you think and feel about yourself, so I hope you'll all give this class a little watch and put some of my tips into practice in your own lives.
