Now more than ever, building creative self-care into our everyday lives can be a powerful way to reflect, recharge, and connect with one another — and even just a few moments can help us feel a sense of calm.
If you’re looking for a way to begin, this week Skillshare Premium Members are invited to join us for a live online Zoom session with Skillshare teacher and wellness advocate Yasmine Cheyenne.

Yasmine Cheyenne is a writer and wellness advocate dedicated to helping everyone create and strengthen their self-healing practice. She shares tools that can help create lasting and positive changes, and to date her popular Skillshare Original on journaling and cultivating gratitude has reached more than 7,500 students. She’s excited for this session to connect with students in a whole new way.
