Now more than ever, building creative self-care into our everyday lives can be a powerful way to reflect, recharge, and connect with one another — and even just a few moments can help us feel a sense of calm.

If you’re looking for a way to begin, this week Skillshare Premium Members are invited to join us for a live online Zoom session with Skillshare teacher and wellness advocate Yasmine Cheyenne.

The session will be held this Thursday, April 9th at 3pm EST, and it will be dedicated to prompts and tips for creative self-care in these unprecedented times. The session will run for approximately 30 minutes. Click the “Remind Me” button above to register!
