Beginning his career in the military, Kain served nine years in the British Army and on Operational Tours in Saudi Arabia, Kenya, Kuwait, Iraq & Northern Ireland before terminating his service in 2004.

He went on to study Psychology & the Social Sciences in Edinburgh, before continuing in further self-guided study in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Counselling and Theology.

Since 2011, Kain has delivered a broad range of self-improvement courses, programmes and workshops to organisations, groups & charities throughout the UK. As an inspiring life coach, he brings a fresh and innovative approach to self-improvement which can be experienced through his innovative range of online courses.

A successful entrepreneur, Kain serves as Chairman of Solid Grounds, a Veterans Charity, which guides Ex-Military personnel through their transition from the military, to civilian life.

Since February 2012, Kain's direct approach to self-improvement continues to attract a committed community of over 22,500 online learners.
