Painting an abstract painting where your use of color is the STAR! I strongly recommend doing the warm up activities before creating your abstract painting, going through the process is half the fun!

DELIVERABLE

Upload these assignments in the following order. You don't need to upload them all at once. A picture or scanned image of your paintings will do.

Develop your own color wheel using just primary colors as your base.
Practice turning each color into it's complementary color (red to green, orange to blue and yellow to violet.

Work out warm and cool tones and create the same painting twice with different temperatures. Write down how each side makes you feel (we're going to talk a lot about feelings in this class!)
