I experienced physical sensations and observed how my breath moved within my body.

What did you observe during the practice?
I noticed that practicing mindfulness using body scan had a calming effect on my mind. During a meeting, a staff member said something that annoyed me. I felt angry but chose not to react. Instead, I focused on staying calm, taking deep breaths, and acknowledging my anger before responding in a calm manner.
