Primary Focus

I want to have a slower morning where I’m able to enjoy every step of my morning routine. I also want to have time to do things that will help me reach my goals.

  • Make Bed


Daily Focus

Sunday: Organization (Clean up, do laundry, plan out the week)

Monday: Fashion day (Plan out outfits for the rest of the week)

Tuesday: Learn something new

Wednesday: Normal Routine

Thursday: Movie (Watch a movie before starting morning routine)

Friday: Normal Morning Routine

Saturday: Fun Day (Do something fun for 30-60 minutes)


Ideal Morning Routine

7:00: Wake up, write in dream journal

7:05: Make bed, drink water, bathroom

7:15: meditate, get dressed for workout

7:25: Workout

8:10: Shower

8:20: Make breakfast, eat breakfast

8:50: Daily Focus

9:20: Get dressed, makeup
