Thank you! I have been trying to do a little something every day, or at least every other. I just finished the "vessel" one this morning...not entirely happy with it but hopefully more practice will give me better control.

Its getting there, dont worry about it being a bit wonky but it does need some more depth and to get that it needs more variation of tone. Id choose the darkest part you can see inside it and add another layer there and also the darkest side you can see (left or right) on the outside and add another layer of shading there. 

Your shading technique looks good, just need to exaggerate the different tones some more so you have a definite highlight, midtone and shadow. There is more about this later in the course! :)
