Being that I'm so new in my current position, I had a hard time coming up with some themes. Then I reminded myself that this is a first draft that I can change as I go and I have to start somewhere, so I came up with the following:
Monday - Maintenance. Time cards, bills, invoices, reports, meeting minutes, maybe performance evals, fix records in Client Tracking, things that just need to get done.
Thursday - Staff Development. Performance evaluations, supervisions, unit reviews, check on clinical supervisions in each unit, teach GTD.
Friday - Weekly Review/Research. GTD review, looking up how things should be done, learning new ways to do things, reading new material, looking into how other agencies do things.
I have not tried to theme my personal life yet. I am in a masters program and currently on winter break. I am also a person in long-term recovery from drugs/alcohol and I find it important to.... you know.... meet up with some like-minded folks one or twice a week. I also need to get exercise back in my life and make time for table-top gaming with friends once my homework is done. Because there are so many variables, I find it much more challenging to theme the days of my personal life.
