INSTAGRAM INFLUENCER PROJECT

My Instagram Influencer Plan

1. My Chosen Niche and Target Audience

Niche:

Real Estate, Entrepreneurship, Business Growth and Practical AI for Nigerians, with Real Estate as my core area of expertise.

I want to build a personal brand where I share practical knowledge and experiences about buying and investing in property, entrepreneurship, personal development, business growth, content creation and how AI can help individuals and businesses work smarter.

Target Audience:

My main audience will be young Nigerians, first-time property buyers, aspiring real estate investors, entrepreneurs, professionals, business owners and people interested in building wealth and improving their careers and businesses.

My content will be especially useful to people who want practical information rather than complicated theories.

3. Five Post / Reel Ideas

REEL 1 — “3 Mistakes Nigerians Make Before Buying Land”

I will explain three common mistakes people make before buying land and give simple steps they can take to reduce the risk of making a bad property decision.

Goal: Educate my audience and establish myself as a trusted real estate professional.

---

REEL 2 — “Before You Pay for Any Property, Check These Things”

I will create a practical checklist covering important things a buyer should investigate before making a property payment.

The video will be presented in a simple, easy-to-understand format that viewers can save and share.

Goal: Provide useful information while building trust with potential property buyers.

---

CAROUSEL — “How to Start Your Real Estate Journey as a Beginner”

The carousel will explain the basic steps a beginner can take to understand the property market, identify their budget, choose a suitable property and carry out proper due diligence.

Goal: Attract beginners who are interested in real estate but do not know where to start.

---

REEL 4 — “A Day in My Life as a Real Estate Entrepreneur”

I will create a behind-the-scenes Reel showing parts of my real workday, such as responding to clients, property inspections, creating content, attending meetings and learning about new opportunities.

Goal: Humanize my brand and allow my audience to connect with me beyond property listings.

---

REEL 5 — “How I Use AI to Work Smarter as an Entrepreneur”

I will demonstrate simple ways I use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI applications for content creation, marketing, research, business planning and productivity.

Goal: Differentiate my personal brand by combining my real estate experience with modern AI and business tools.

---

4. My 90-Day Goal

My main goal for the next 90 days is to build a consistent and engaged Instagram audience around my personal brand.

I will:

- Publish at least 3 Reels every week

- Publish at least 1 educational carousel every week

- Share Stories consistently throughout the week

- Focus on useful, original and practical content

- Engage with my audience by replying to comments and messages

- Study which content performs best and improve my future posts

By the end of 90 days, my goal is to have a stronger personal brand, a consistent content system and a growing community of people who recognize me for practical real estate, business and AI content.

More importantly, I want my Instagram account to generate meaningful conversations, relationships and potential business opportunities rather than focusing only on follower numbers.

---

My Overall Instagram Vision

I want my Instagram profile to become a platform where people can learn, connect and discover opportunities through my real experiences in real estate, entrepreneurship, business and technology.

My goal is not simply to become an influencer because of followers. I want to build a trusted personal brand by consistently creating content that educates, inspires and provides practical value.
