I'm a holistic counselor, breathwork facilitator, energy healer, mental health activist, writer and goal setting and planning nerd. I’m the co-founder of a transformative mental health training institute, The Institute for the Development of Human Arts, I run a private practice and have many creative hobbies on the side such as aerial arts, book binding, and herbalism.

I consider myself a multi-passionate person who strives to be an essentialist - constructing a life that honors my many passions, while prioritizing what truly matters. I love helping people get in touch with their true life visions and desires, not so we can "be more productive" but so we can feel our heart and soul pointing us towards who we are here to be.
