Overview
Planning your next online course? Maybe for Skillshare or your own platform?
In this class, I’ll show you how to organize your ideas, set up a class structure, and stay on track, using a free Notion template that you can start using right away.
This class is designed for creators who want a simple system to plan lessons, track tasks, and bring everything together in one place. The template is easy to use and works with the free version of Notion.
You’ll set up a personal course hub where you can see everything at a glance. From your outline and supplies to your video tasks and final project. Whether you’re making your first course or already have a few under your belt, this setup helps you stay focused without overcomplicating things. You’ll get access to the Lite version of my Course Management Tool. This is a simplified version of my full template, designed to help you plan and manage a single course. Want to organize multiple classes in one system? You can find the full version on my Skillshare profile.
In this class, you will learn:
- How to break down your class into a clear outline
- How to plan and track your tasks, content, and progress
- How to use the Lite Notion template to build your own class dashboard
- How to make small custom changes to fit your own style or workflow
Why should you take this class?
Creating an online class can feel messy. You have lots of tabs, sticky notes, and ideas flying around. If you’ve ever felt lost while outlining your lessons or keeping track of class assets, this course planning system helps you simplify your online teaching workflow.
You don’t need any Notion experience (but it could be helpful). I’ll walk you through the basics of this template and help you feel confident as you start building your class. This setup works whether you’re working on your first course or your fifth.
Who is this class for?

- Creators who like things to be organized, but not rigid
- Anyone curious about using Notion for class planning
- People who like systems that support your process instead of getting in the way

Hi, I'm Anna. I'm an artist, creative guide, professional messmaker, and a teacher here on Skillshare.
After years in management and personal development, I found my way back to what always brought me joy: making art. Being chronically ill helped me reconnect with that part of myself and reminded me how healing creativity can be.
I now create layered, intuitive mixed media art and design playful, accessible classes to help others do the same. I believe creativity starts with curiosity, and that the process matters more than the end result. You don't need to be "good". You just need to start.
In my classes, I share tips, tools, and techniques to help you loosen up, experiment, and rediscover your creative flow. You'll often... Voir le profil complet
