Join me as I guide you step-by-step through a mindful, meditative art session. We’ll draw flowing neurographic lines, then divide our paper into light and dark zones using masking tape, add watercolor washes, splashes, stars, and planets to create a cosmic-feeling masterpiece.

I've been painting with watercolors for 13 years and working as an independent artist for 9. My main creative practice is documenting daily life with my watercolor sketch journals, creating abstract watercolor paintings or experimenting with something new that I saw 10 minutes ago. Here’s what to do:

Draw your neurographic design by following me along.

Mask your design with masking tape to create two contrasting sections. You can copy my diagonal layout or rebel and make your own masking style. Abstract art = freedom.

Paint your design with watercolor washes, splashes, and galactic vibes.

Use the drying time wisely:

First pause: Do the dishes or fold the laundry. (Or don’t. Be a rebel!)

Second pause: Leave me a review (and feel amazing about it!)

Once your painting is dry and fabulous, snap a photo and upload it to the class project gallery. Think of it like a postcard from your inner escape. Bonus points if you tell us what you escaped from — laundry? emails? life? — and how it felt to create.
