Hi everyone!

It's been a year since I've released my very first class here on Skillshare: "Faux Calligraphy: Learn Hand Lettering Today Without Any Fancy Tools!". It has been a wonderful journey to share with you my skills and I am glad to see more than 700 students joined the class and discovering their creativity even just by using regular pens.

I want to highlight a few student projects from this class. I love everything that everyone has created so far and these are just a few to inspire you that you can do it too.

The first project from Silvia Orecchia reminds us to start before we're ready. If we will just take one step forward, the next steps will give us the flow to create and focus on the progress rather than the perfection.

Next, we have Jocelyn Carola with a colorful spring-inspired project. Just in time for this season!

And the last project is from Jay C. where he wrote the famous lines we hear for the past year that we are in the pandemic. Most of us are still dealing with this challenge - away from the family, missing travels, losing jobs and loved ones and so many more. We are all in this together and this too shall pass.

I'd like to take this chance to say THANK YOU for supporting me in my Skillshare classes. I can't explain what I feel every time I see a new student joins the class, submit a project, and leave feedback. Everything makes it worth it.
