Hope everyone’s keeping well.

There has been a huge interest and uptake of our courses recently, so firstly, I want to say thank you for choosing to learn Korean with us.

I wanted to make this announcement to keep you updated on future course plans, and how you can plan your future learning. Given that our courses so far have been aimed at either ‘absolute beginners’ or ‘beginners’, our future courses will naturally progress beyond these level (though some courses will be appropriate for all level). So here is a list of course planned for this year (course names may change).

Korean Pronunciation Masterclass (All levels) – This course will take a deep dive into every aspect of Korean pronunciation, including pronunciation of consonants and vowels, connected speech, and rhythm and intonation. The aim is to help your Korean sound more natural and more understandable. (Expected release date – June)
Formality in Korean (All level) – This course is all about learning different levels of formality in Korean. We will explore all the different social norms we have to follow when using Korean, learn all the different honorific words and the verb conjugation rules for honorific forms. (Expected release date – July)
Natural Korean expressions (Pre-int+) – This course is all about learning natural Korean expressions that Koreans use on a daily basis – and the aim is for your Korean to sound more natural, and less textbookish. (Expected release date – September)
Learn Korean through Stories (Pre-int+) – This course is all about developing your listening skills in Korean. We’ll deal with traditional Korean stories, as well as popular modern topics, and help you develop your listening skills. Through this course, you will also improve your grammar & vocabulary knowledge. (Expected release date – October)
Essential Korean Grammar Level 2 | Pre-Intermediate – This is our second grammar course in our Essential Korean Grammar series. A key focus of this course is to learn a wide range of verb tenses and modal verbs used in Korean. (Expected release date – November/December)

So these are what we have planned for the rest of the year, but do let us know if there’s anything you’d like for us to cover and we’d be happy to create courses based on your needs.
