Hi, I'm Renee Daniel. I help people identify blocks that are getting in the way of your personal goals moving forward.â€‹I will be applying my personal skills and knowledge developed while earning my degrees.â€‹ BFA in Studio ArtAll Levels Teaching Art and MS in Counseling Psychologyâ€‹.

This was my strategy in learning and redirecting my mind to disempower repetitive and intrusive thoughts that is normal thing with residue of childhood trauma.

I have grown as a person who experienced repeated childhood trauma as a toddler, child, teen and adult throughout my life.â€‹ I am no longer experiencing intense trauma responses for the past 12 years. I am currently high functioning as a substance abuse counselor. I teach cognitive behavioral psycho-educational groups every day as a substance abuse counselor.â€‹â€‹

Living a higher quality of life may look different based on your circumstances and your level of personal growth. Just a taste of what is possible for you as well. No degree necessary.

I will share some knowledge with you in how you may choose to apply some of my strategies in your own life that works for me and many others I have the privilege to teach.

I will not be your counselor in any way.

I will be teaching and coaching through the information I present and you will decide if you need a personal counselor to apply this information or if you are stable in your mental health to apply what is meaningful to you, yourself.â€‹

I have developed some strategies that helped me live a higher quality of life doing this very thing.â€‹â€‹ I provide the questions that you can explore and I also provide some illustrations from my own art and writing prompts that help build understanding.

You being equipped with strategies can apply what you have learned to your own story in the details as you find the strength and courage at your own pace.

I share more intimate details on my experiences with childhood trauma and measures that I took to overcome roadblocks and my own limiting and faulty beliefs that were taught to me that I thought was entirely my fault. â€‹
