ASSIGNMENT

Create a 10-30 second video inspired by your "greatest love" using stock footage. This is a perfect way to get a hands-on understanding of creating a compelling story with stock — without ever having to shoot clips yourself.

When choosing your subject, be funny, creative, and don't hold back from being a little tongue-in-cheek! It doesn't have to be about a date or romantic relationship. Try thinking conceptually, and consider all the emotions it makes you feel. Search for an angle, the "why" emotion or event that makes your tale compelling. This is how I came to my "greatest love" film: the pretzel quest.

A great project will be something that people will want to watch. Can't wait to see what you create!
