Your feedback would help lots!! (Design School Application Portfolio) - student project

Hello everyone! I am working on a portfolio to apply for a competitive grad school program and could use all the feedback I can get!

As a background, I have been teaching myself to design through books, Skillshare and volunteer projects for a few years. I've had a few paid gigs and I am taking some undergraduate classes from the local college in my town in Mexico (closed now for the holidays and with extraordinarily absent teachers), so it is still hard for me to realistically evaluate my skill level.

In the context of this portfolio, I'm mostly struggling with the choice of pieces. I feel pretty good about the first seven, but that feels like a low number to me. The remaining five pieces included, however, are personal or school projects that I am not sure if they belong there or if they integrate well to the rest of my designs. Is it helpful or relevant to include personal pieces (such as the watercolor lion or the portraits placed towards the end) though they might not be full designs?

Like I mention in the 'About me' section, I am very passionate about social justice and want to work with non-profits or small fair trade businesses the rest of my career, but I am not sure if my portfolio reflects that very well. Should I go back and do some more pieces on the social justice track?

Thank you very much to anyone who can give me their perspective and some constructive feedback. I'd truly appreciate it! ------> Behance Profile
